You can request deletion of your Special One Academy account and associated player profiles from inside the App or by email. A parent or guardian must request deletion of a child profile.
You can delete your account immediately from the app: open More and choose Delete my account. Access ends at once and the data that is not required for a legitimate retained record — including every player profile you manage and their medical notes — is cleared straight away. If you email us instead, we may contact you on the registered mobile number to verify the request first. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
Limited wallet, payment, accounting, audit, safety, insurance, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained for the periods explained in our Privacy Policy. They will be access-restricted and not used for marketing.
